Doodlebugs Preschool Program at the Hiawatha Public Library: The Artist in Overalls
Everyone grab a pencil and get ready to doodle!
The CRMA has teamed up with the Cedar Rapids Public Library and the Hiawatha Public Library to introduce new preschool classes for your budding artist!
Free art classes for preschoolers and their adult companions will be held at 10:30 a.m. on the first Friday (Cedar Rapids Public Library) and the final Friday (Hiawatha Library) of each month.
Today's program, The Artist in Overalls, will be held at the Hiawatha Public Library. Grant Wood, a Cedar Rapidian artist famous for his painting American Gothic, teaches us to turn trash into art.
