Doodlebugs Preschool Program at the Cedar Rapids Public Library: Dancing with Degas
Everyone grab a pencil and get ready to doodle!
The CRMA has teamed up with the Cedar Rapids Public Library and the Hiawatha Public Library to introduce new preschool classes for your budding artist!
Free art classes for preschoolers and their adult companions will be held at 10:30 a.m. on the first Friday (Cedar Rapids Public Library) and the final Friday (Hiawatha Library) of each month.
Today's program, Dancing with Degas, will be held at the Cedar Rapids Public Library. Sculptor and painter Edgar Degas was inspired by ballerinas, so we're drawing dancers, too, with pastels. We’ll even learn a little ballet from the Ballet Academy’s Carol Rezabek!
