Facility Rental
The Cedar Rapids Museum of Art offers the perfect setting for corporate events and meetings, weddings and wedding receptions, staff training or annual meetings, and so much more! The Special Events Coordinator will set you up with a variety of meeting or event packages based on your specific needs. Rental fees are determined based on day of the week, time of day, and number of people attending your event.
The Museum has a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with the Museum and will work with you to create a beautiful setting for your special occasion. We will be happy to review the list with you. If there is a certain caterer that you wish to work with who is not on our list, please contact the Museum and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
In addition to a unique location for your event, your guests can shop in the Museum Store for a unique variety of items and creations of Iowa. Docent-guided tours are also available for most groups and offer an excellent perk to any special event.
