Who can rent the facilities of the Museum?

What are the charges?

Rental fees of the Carnegie and Atrium is based on your projected guest attendance at a per hour charge.  Rental fees of the Auditorium and Stamats Library are per hour; reduced full day rates are available.  All rooms have a two-hour minimum rental. 

Where can my guests park?

The Museum has a free parking lot for guests at the Second Avenue entrance.  Ample street parking is available on Third Avenue.  City parking meters are not enforced on weekends and after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays..

Is there a rental insurance requirement?

A certificate of liability insurance is required for rental of the Main Floor Carnegie and is common amongst arts related organizations. After reviewing the contract, you may want to check with your residential insurance agent for assistance.     

Must I use a preferred caterer from your list?

Preferred caterers are selected for their consistent high levels of quality and service as well as their familiarity with the policies and procedures of the Museum.  The caterer provides all the personnel, supplies, food and beverages; donated food and beverages are prohibited. 



How can I make my event memorable?

Your guests will remember your event long after they leave with a perfect memento from the Museum Store. The Museum Store has many unique and exquisite items that complement our exhibitions and your event.
