Discover education at the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art! The Museum offers a unique field trip experience for any age group. Take your students on a journey were they are able to enjoy more than 2,000 years of art. Students can examine and analyze works in exhibitions from our permanent collection, including the world’s largest collection of works by artist Grant Wood, as well as works in our changing temporary exhibitions.

A docent-guided tour will not only provide a memorable experience for your students for years to come, but students will learn more about art than they've ever imagined! From the methods and materials used to create the art to stories about the artists themselves, our knowledgeable docents promise to open a door into the amazing world of art.
