Doodlebugs at the HPL: Ouch!

Doodlebugs @HPL: Ouch!

Boo-boos feel so much better with a kiss and a Band-Aid, don’t they? After our story, we’ll use some adhesive bandages as stickers in an art project you can take home. Doodlebugs is a free preschool series for families, but if you have a daycare or school group, contact us about setting up a private Doodlebugs class designed just for you! For more info, contact CRMA Education Director Erin Thomas at 319.366.7503 or ethomas@crma.org.

This spring’s Doodlebugs classes are inspired by the

photos of President Kennedy in the CRMA’s newest

exhibition, AMERICAN VISIONARY: JOHN F. KENNEDY’S LIFE & TIMES, on display Feb. 2-May 19. Join us for each class as we highlight a different aspect of the president’s life, from his childhood to the White House, incorporating a read-aloud story and a simple art project.
