Doodlebugs Preschool Program at the Cedar Rapids Public Library: Cloudy with a Chance of Art
Everyone grab a pencil and get ready to doodle!
The CRMA has teamed up with the Cedar Rapids Public Library and the Hiawatha Public Library to introduce new preschool classes for your budding artist!
Free art classes for preschoolers and their adult companions will be held at 10:30 a.m. on the first Friday (Cedar Rapids Public Library) and the final Friday (Hiawatha Library) of each month.
Today's program, Cloudy With a Chance of Art, will be held at the Cedar Rapids Public Library. Marvin Cone, a friend of Grant Wood, is the focus of a new exhibition at the CRMA. His cloud paintings inspire our own chalky cloudscapes.
