Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Winter’s Enchantment

What do Iowans do when winter is in full swing? Spice the season with a pinch of whimsey and see what enchantment our meditative journey reveals. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
