Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: Shifting Gears, Getting Centered

September is a transitional month. Not quite Summer, not fully Fall. Our meditation will support how we holistically move our awareness and being through the season changes this month invites.

Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
