Tiny Art Show Reception, Free
All participating artists and anyone who loves art are invited to a special reception on Thursday, November 6th, 5:30-7pm to celebrate the many talented and creative people in our community. The Tiny Art Show is a big display of hundreds of tiny works of art, made by people of all ages and in a wide range of media. Hundreds of participants have painted, crafted, sculpted and stitched 3-inch masterpieces, which you can view at the reception while you enjoy a tiny treat or itty-bitty beverage. You’ll also see familiar faces from each of the participating libraries—Hiawatha, Marion, Cedar Rapids, and North Liberty. Admission to the CRMA’s exhibition galleries is also free during the event. The miniature art will remain on view in the CRMA’s Carnegie Library through November 18th.
