Guided Meditation: The Turning
Seasonal change is upon us as we navigate the ever-shifting tides of the collective. Amidst the turning of the leaves, let’s turn our attention inward to reconnect and reset. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators.
