Creative Threads—Family Fun Day at the CRMA, Free

Celebrate the opening of our fall exhibitions featuring fiber arts by joining us to fabricate some fabulous, fibrous fun! We’ll have make-and-take art projects, scavenger hunts, and you can even talk to some of our community’s fiber artists whose work is on view in the galleries and ask them about what and how they create. There will even be an artist on site to do flash embroidery—so you could get a tiny flower or a little word stitched into whatever you’re wearing in a jiffy. Whether it’s weaving or wrapping, stitching or spinning, there’s *sew* much to see and do for all ages, and it’s free! It would be a *darn* shame for you to miss it.
